Management and staffing structure

There are three directors at Workshop 305 supported by four non-executive directors.

Permanent staff tutors are joined by a team of specialist art staff bringing a range of skills to the workshop.

Dedicated support workers provide additional assistance in the workshops.

All staff are on hand to give extended support and are trained to provide personal care where necessary -

All of this is supported by a team of volunteers from the local community. If you are interested in volunteering with us email your interest by going to our CONTACT page and we can arrange a visit.
