MANAGEMENT AND STAFFING STRUCTURE
There are three directors at Workshop 305 supported by four non-executive directors.
Permanent staff members are joined by a team of specialist art staff bringing a wide range of skills to the workshop.
Support staff with art and craft experience provide additional assistance in the workshops.
All staff are on hand to give extended support and are trained to provide personal care where necessary.
On top of this we are regularly joined by a team of dedicated volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering with us email your interest by going to our CONTACT page and we can arrange a visit - we'd love to meet you.
