FREE TILE MAKING WORKSHOPS, SATURDAY 24TH AND SUNDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER FOR WANDLE FORTNIGHT AND MERTON ARTS TRAIL
From 12PM - 4.30PM on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th September we are celebrating WANDLE FORTNIGHT and MERTON ARTS FESTIVAL with a weekend of tile making workshops - Come and join us for an afternoon in the pottery - we'll be making tiles using leaves to make resist patterns. We will fire them and glaze them for you to collect after 3-4 weeks.
Why not take a walk along the Wandle and gather a few leaves that inspire you! You will find us close to the second exit onto Weir Road after Trewint Street. Last start for making a tile is 4pm.
Children must be accompanied at these workshops.
