"IN THE SPIRIT OF PLACE' ART EXHIBITION

In September Workshop 305 joined eighteen local artists at the second exhibition to be held at St. Mary's Church in Merton Park, London. This one was called: 'In the Spirit of Place' as it was celebrating 900 years of St. Mary's history - the exhibition coincided with the church also being open for the national Open House Weekend. St Mary's church is full of history with one of its most notable parishioners being Admiral Lord Nelson and it was he who inspired the wonderful boats that were made at the workshop.

Take a look at our gallery page for more images of the workshop artists art works that were on display both inside the church and outside in the churchyard.
